A WORKSPACE FOR YOUR WHOLE FLEET

From device visibility
to everyday action.

Find the printer, understand its status and get work done. Spooler brings inventory, remote operations and reporting into the same workspace.

01

Device inventory & monitoring

Keep printer names, locations, IP and MAC addresses together with model, serial number and firmware information. Check connectivity with scheduled polling or a manual refresh.

  • Online / offline status
  • SNMP information
  • Agent reports

Find the device that needs attention before starting an operation.

02

Remote printer commands

Send ZPL code or a printer file, print a test page, run supported calibration commands and restart a device from the console. Available actions follow the printer’s brand and connection type.

  • ZPL & file delivery
  • Test printing
  • Media calibration

Handle routine printer tasks from your desk.

03

Bulk operations

Select multiple devices and send supported commands in batches. Follow progress and per-device results, inspect failures and cancel an operation that is still in progress.

  • Multi-device selection
  • Batch progress
  • Result tracking

Repeat a task across a group without opening every printer individually.

04

Command queue & retries

Keep pending commands visible when delivery cannot complete. Administrators can inspect waiting, completed and failed work, retry a command and remove items from the queue.

  • Pending work
  • Delivery attempts
  • Manual retry

See what was sent, what is waiting and what needs another attempt.

05

Firmware & device configuration

Upload firmware for supported devices and adjust available media, emulation or network settings. Available settings and upload formats depend on the printer and its connection.

  • Firmware upload
  • Media settings
  • Printer emulation

Maintain supported devices through one operational workflow.

06

Groups, search & flexible views

Organize devices by store, warehouse, region or team. Assign multiple devices to a group, search across inventory fields and choose the table columns that matter to your work.

  • Device groups
  • Field-based search
  • Saved column preferences

Keep a distributed fleet easy to navigate.

07

Imports, exports & fleet charts

Add inventory using CSV or Excel templates and review import errors. Export device records as CSV and explore charts for model, firmware, group and connectivity status.

  • CSV / Excel import
  • CSV export
  • Fleet breakdowns

Bring existing records in and take useful fleet information out.

08

Team access & activity history

Manage administrator, operator and viewer accounts. Review device change history and system logs to understand activity. Switch between English and Turkish across the console.

  • Role-based access
  • Device history
  • English / Turkish

Give teams an appropriate role and a shared record of operations.

Device information and remote actions depend on the model, firmware, enabled protocols and connection type. We can review your fleet’s compatibility during a demo.

THE DEVICE ACTION MENU

Right-click a printer.
Get straight to work.

Device actions sit beside the inventory record. The menu adapts to the printer’s brand and connection, so your team can find the relevant tools in context.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Send print jobs and validate output

Paste ZPL code or upload a ZPL file, then send it to a supported printer. A test-page action helps your team check that the printing path is working.

Network: code, file and test-page actions. Bluetooth: supported code and test-page actions; file delivery is also exposed for SEWOO.

Calibrate sensors and set label media

Run media-sensor or graphic-sensor calibration on supported devices. Change the media type to match continuous stock, gap/notch labels or marked media where the printer supports these settings.

Calibration is exposed for supported Zebra, TSC and Honeywell paths. SEWOO uses its own media-setting workflow.

Manage firmware and printer emulation

Upload a firmware file to supported devices. Change the printer language or emulation using the device-specific settings workflow, including supported ZPL, EPL, CPCL or SEWOO emulation options.

Bluetooth firmware actions are exposed for Zebra and SEWOO. Firmware formats and emulation choices depend on the model.

Check connectivity and refresh device details

Send a ping to a supported network device, fetch printer information, inspect available settings or request a Bluetooth status refresh through the Android agent. SEWOO network devices use an agent refresh action.

Use these actions to check the connection and refresh the inventory details provided by the device.

Restart a device or change its network address

Send a supported restart command from the console. Network printers with the appropriate capability also expose an IP-address change workflow, restricted to administrators.

Device support and reachability still apply; network and agent-routed restart paths are handled separately.

Keep inventory records organized

Edit the printer’s inventory information, move it to a group or remove its record. These actions help your team keep names, locations and group assignments useful as the fleet changes.

Device change history is available elsewhere in the console, alongside system logs.

Start the assisted diagnostic workflow

Choose Troubleshoot with Claude at the top of the menu to open the diagnostic preview. Follow the sample checks, read the media-sensor diagnosis, inspect the suggested ZPL and review the approval step.

NETWORK & BLUETOOTH

One workspace.
Two ways to connect.

Manage fixed network printers alongside mobile printers connected through an Android agent.

NETWORK PRINTERS

For stores and warehouses.

Register devices by IP address. Monitor connectivity and collect supported device information over SNMP. Send supported printer commands remotely.

  • Device status and manual connectivity checks
  • Model, serial and firmware information where available
  • Test pages, file delivery and configuration actions
  • SEWOO network workflows through its Android agent
BLUETOOTH & ANDROID AGENTS

  • Supported media, emulation and firmware workflows
  • Brand-specific command routing through the agent

BRAND-AWARE OPERATIONS

Built around your device mix.

Manage Zebra, TSC, Honeywell, BIXOLON and SEWOO devices in the same inventory. Command support varies by model and emulation; TSC and Honeywell network commands require compatible printer emulation. Confirm the required actions on your own models during a demo.

WHERE SPOOLER FITS

Built around operational work.

Use the same console across the teams and locations that rely on label printing.

RETAIL

Keep stores organized.

Group checkout and shelf-label printers by store. Find an offline device, review its record and send a supported test-print command.

WAREHOUSING

Manage packing and dispatch.

Track model and firmware across stations, select devices for a bulk task and follow the outcome of each operation.

FIELD OPERATIONS

Bring mobile printers into view.

Use Android agents to report Bluetooth printers and route supported commands from the console to the handheld-connected device.

GETTING STARTED

Talk to our team
Which printer brands can I manage?

Spooler includes Zebra, TSC, Honeywell, BIXOLON and SEWOO device definitions. Monitoring and commands depend on the model, firmware, connection and emulation. We recommend checking the specific actions you need on your fleet during a demo.

Can I manage Bluetooth printers remotely?

Yes, supported Bluetooth workflows use an Android agent that communicates with the printer and reports to Spooler. Available actions vary by printer brand and agent support. SEWOO network workflows also use an agent.

What can I do across multiple devices?

Select multiple printers for supported bulk commands, follow batch progress and inspect individual results. You can also assign multiple devices to groups and import inventory from CSV or Excel templates.

What happens when a command cannot be delivered?

Spooler tracks pending commands in a queue. The network worker retries eligible commands, and administrators can inspect status and attempts, retry an item manually or remove it. Delivery still depends on the device becoming reachable and supporting the command.

How does Troubleshoot with Claude work?

The feature preview walks through device checks, explains a sample media-sensor fault and shows a proposed ZPL configuration with an approval step. The current demo simulates both the diagnostic analysis and the fix; it does not call Claude or change printer settings.

What information can I see about a printer?

Inventory includes location, brand, connection and device identifiers, with model, serial number, firmware, media, label-counter or battery information where the printer and reporting path provide it. Table columns can be customized to suit your workflow.

Can different people have different roles?

Yes. Spooler provides administrator, operator and viewer roles, with role checks for supported actions. Administrators manage users and access administrative tools such as the command queue and system services.

Is the console available in Turkish?

Yes. The application includes English and Turkish interfaces, with a language switcher and a saved language preference.
